Q1: What the difference between Neon and Argon electrodes?

Q5: Why I feel heat and hurt during operation?
A5: The treatment level is too high for you. Please press the power button to choose a lower level. Also, it may because of hair left on the skin. Please shave and clean the hair before use.
Q6: Is SmoothPro+ safe to use on the face?
A6: By checking your skin type, you can choose the specific setting that will ensure effective yet gentle treatment on your face. As the area around your eyes is very sensitive, we recommend using SmoothPro+ only below the cheekbones in order to avoid the risk of eye damage. To achieve optimal results on the cheeks, upper lip and chin stand in front of the mirror to get a good view of the area to be treated.
Q7: Is the flashing light on SmoothPro+ safe for my eyes?
A7: SmoothPro+ does not hurt your eyes. The safety system prevents flashing when the device is not fully in contact with the skin. Be sure to make good skin contact to avoid unnecessary scattered light and never use SmoothPro+ in the area around your eyes or for treating your eyebrows. You may wear goggles during use. We recommend using SmoothPro+ in a well-lit room, to reduce the perceived brightness of the flash.

Warranty & Return
We accept a return. All products are thoroughly inspected and tested prior to dispatch. We accept the return of 30 days of receipt, please make sure the returned item must be in original shape/packing and working order. We will pay for the postage on the item to the buyer and the buyer pay for all return postage costs.

All the products come with a full one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. It does not include damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, neglector other external causes.
