We accept payment via ShopPay, PayPal, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Union Pay, Klarna and Diners Club International
For credit card payments, rule out any issues concerning card expiry date and the credit limit. If the issue persists, contact your bank. Please note authorization is required from both our bank supplier and your financial institution in order to process the transaction
If you think your final invoice is incorrect, make sure you have properly applied any active discount codes. Please reach out to us by email with details of your payment concern and we will be sure to rectify any errors
Depending on your destination country, individual import taxes/duties may be payable on your order.
These charges are not calculated as part of the order total or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient. Charges are not payable to Project E Beauty, but to your customs office directly. As customs duties vary widely from country to country, for personalized advice please contact your local customs office
