Yes, we ship worldwide.

We have warehouses in United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Hong Kong, and France. Items will be shipped from the closest available warehouse.

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. Customers can see the estimated delivery time and shipping fee during check-out after entering the shipping country.

-For Standard Shipping:

The estimated delivery time displayed on the checkout page includes the preparation time to dispatch and also the shipping time altogether. The delivery time will vary from country to country. The shipping time could be around:

-For US orders: 6-12 business days

-For non-US orders: 5-23 business days

Delivery time is not guaranteed for Standard Shipping as there are a lot of external factors out of our control and thus we would suggest Express Shipping if you need it by a certain time. The above are estimated times by the postal service and do not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country. In some cases, the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay in the delivery.

-For express shipping:

For the majority of countries, Express shipping will deliver the package to you within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. There are occasions when the delivery may take a bit longer. Thus, please refer to the estimated delivery date we send you via email once we have dispatched your order.

All the products come with a full one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. It does not include damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, neglector other external causes. Customers will pay for the postage on the returned item(s), and we will pay for all resend postage costs.
