I purchased this to replace the previous thinner controller for a similar item (diffent brand that can no longer be found) with same functionalities. However this controller does not "charge" and must be plugged in to work unlike my previous one. Would have liked if they had a rechargable sleeker version you can put in your pocket so you can walk around with the mask. The other functions worked fine although this one only has 5 power levels (my previous one had 10).

The control box doesn’t work with my mask. The only color that lights up is blue. I need red. Also - it didn’t fix the problem. It’s the USB cord that needs re-lacing. How can I return it?

I emailed Customer Service with an issue of a loose USB connection resulting in flickering lights in the mask. They were helpful and sent a control box rightaway after I sent a video but the new control box was not any better. The connection is still loose and the lights still flicker.
