- Apply a generous layer of HydraFirm Body Gel to the treatment area
- Press LED button once for continuous mode and twice for pulse mode
- Press CV button to turn on ultrasonic slimming function
- Press RF button to turn on radio frequency and set desired intensity
- Treat each area for 5 - 10 minutes
- Use 3-4 times per week per area
