I read the reviews about how small this panel is and i do agree, i can just fold it up, it is a little heavy though but i dont think it would be heavier than those big panels that i see online. This is the perfect panel for me because i don't want hang up something up in my room, i can move this one around where ever i am in my house. I can't speak on the effectiveness, but i do sleep better at night after i use it (or maybe because ive just been so tired from work recently) but anyway i cant wait to see my skin improve in another 3 weeks!
