I did not receive the charger what happened to it
This was my first order from Project E Beauty. I was asked to confirm my order before shipment and was then packaged for sending. I did not receive a tracking #, so asked for that and received it immediately. From that moment I knew when my order would arrive. It arrived complete and in perfect condition. I will definitely order from them again.
I purchased a device from Project E Beauty many years ago. When I misplaced the power cord, they still had it in stock, knew which one I needed by looking at a photo of the device that I sent to them, and shipped the cord quickly.
