How to Use
- Cleanse your face with a gentle cleanser and pat dry
- Connect the mask to the controller
- Fit the facial device over the face and secure it, fit the neck device around your neck and chest or preferred treatment area. The neck device can be attached using the integrated strap or the additional detachable strap
- Press the power button for two seconds to activate the device
- The default mode is red + infrared + deep infrared - to change press the mode button
- After 3 minutes, the device will power down automatically
- Apply your AM/PM skincare routine
- Clean the device before and after use

A:
1. Regular Cleaning (Before & After Every Use)
Gently wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth or a gentle, alcohol-free wet wipe before and after each use.
2. Deep Cleaning (Every 2 Weeks)
For a more thorough clean, sanitize the device every 2 weeks, or more frequently depending on usage.
Lightly spray a soft cloth with 70% isopropyl alcohol (or higher) and gently wipe the surface.
Never spray alcohol directly onto the device to avoid potential damage.
Q: How do I charge the control ? How long should it charge for?
- Prepare the adapter: Insert the Type-C charging cable into a standard 5V charging adapter. Note: Fast chargers are not compatible with our older batch of masks.

As a total skeptic who spent weeks scrolling through every single LED mask, I can honestly tell you the Project E Lumalux is the one to beat. The biggest game-changer is the 3-minute treatment time—it actually works that fast because it has 800 LEDs and includes Deep Infrared light (which is supposedly what the pros use), so I can finally be consistent. My skin is noticeably firmer, my tone is more even, and those tiny hormonal chin bumps that used to take days to calm down are gone overnight with the Blue Light setting. It's soft, flexible silicone and has a single strap (a huge upgrade from my last mask!), so I can wear it while making coffee. My only minor complaint, like others, is that the strap doesn't fit my ear position well but totally worth every penny.

I’ve been using both LumaLux Face+ Pro LED Red light Therapy Face and Neck Mask for 5 weeks now. I’m struggling with very sensitive and acne prone skin so I mainly used the blue light. The first week didn’t show and big changes but on the third week i really started to see changes. My skin tone started to even out more and I noticed that my skin isn’t that sensitive anymore. I’m now in week five of using it everyday and I’m really glad I started it. Would definitely recommend getting one.
