Do you offer warranty for your items?
All the product comes with a full one year warranty against manufacturer defects. It does not include damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, neglect or other external causes. Buyer pay for the postage on the return item and we pay for all resend postage costs. If the item defect within 30 days, we will also responsible for the return shipping fee.

Lifetime Warranty Terms and Conditions
Warranty Coverage
The lifetime warranty provided by Project E Beauty in this statement applies only to Project E Beauty Ice Roller. Warranty coverage commences from the date of purchase.
Project E Beauty warrants the product against defects in material or workmanship provided that the fault has occurred under the operation of the Product as described in the User’s Manual during the applicable warranty period.
Warranty Service
If the product becomes defective during the warranty period, please contact Project E Beauty customer service team for new replacement, as listed on our website:

Service will be provided only when the following conditions are fulfilled:
a) Warranty registration is completed successfully;
b) Proof of purchase is provided.
When contacting Project E Beauty customer service, the following information is required:
a) Your order number;
b) Your contact details;
c) A brief description of the problem.
*Shipping fee and custom duties (if any) of sending the replacement shall be borne by the buyer.
Exclusion to the Warranty
This warranty does not apply to the following:
a) Malfunctions caused by misuse or abuse, improper operation or maintenance, service modifications or repair performed by a person not authorized by Project E Beauty, or
other conditions not arising from defects in Product material or workmanship;
b) Malfunctions or failure caused by accidental or intentional damage;
c) Any transfer or assignment of ownership to any third party.
If the product has been discontinued, Project E Beauty would replace with the most comparable model still in production or offer store credit.
In case of any dispute, Project E Beauty reserves the rights of final decision.

My skin is GLOWWWEKNG. This thing is amazing
I am so glad that I ordered this LED mask, and so far I’ve used 3 times already. The remote connect to the charging cord is easy to use, it has instruction inside the box in terms of what color provides the targeted benefit to our skin. I just wore it and lay on bed to take 20+ nap, relaxing yet getting my skin rejuvenated at the same time! So far I’ve noticed some healing to my acne marks, and reducing redness on my overall complexion. I used to pay $150-200 a session for a facial spa now I can totally do it at home. Great!
At first I found super uncomfortable with the inner rubber pads pressing hard into my forehead. I took them out and now it’s totally comfortable. I’ve only been using for a few days, and I already see results! My mask- wearing breakout is rapidly clearing up and my wrinkles even seem to be fading! I have really enjoyed my mask this past month and have noticed some skin improvements since I've been on a 4-6 times per week schedule.
