For starters, begin with 10 to 15 minutes per session, 4 times a week. Once favorable results are noticeable, reduce the use of the mask to twice a week.

Charge the control box for about 4.5 hours before the treatment. If the mask is out of power, it will not work even when connected to the control box. This is because the maximum charging power cannot cover the LED power output.

I've been struggling with my skin for about 4 months now. Cystic acne had been wreaking havoc on the lower part of my face. I've been using this amazing mask since August 1st and I've definitely noticed a difference in my complexion! I literally use it everyday! Its so relaxing! I alternate between blue and red light, it significantly helps tame my cystic acne to the point where I haven't had any large painful bumps that I was dealing with before! (I still have a few whiteheads that pop up but that's from the mask I have to wear to work 😓) The red light is amazing for helping with healing and texture, the Water Collagen Gel sample that they sent with the mask goes perfectly with it. I'm 25 so while I don't have lots of wrinkles, I did have a few fine lines near the outer corners of my eyes. After using this product though, they've completely disappeared!
I haven't had the opportunity to test out ALL of the treatments yet, but I do enjoy using the blue light and cyan light for my acne struggles and inflammation, and I love using the red and purple light at night to promote collagen production and better blood circulation. Sometimes the mask does sit a little heavy on the face, but when I do my treatments I find that it helps if you lay down with it on and relax you won't notice it as much. And the results make it soooooo worth it! 10/10 Would definitely recommend 😎
