1. Do you ship to my country? 
Yes, we ship items worldwide. For all items, system will calculate the shipping fee for your order during the check-out process(after in-put the shipping address).

2. How long it takes to my country?
We offer 3 different shipping service (Registered Air Mail, EMS and Express delivery e.g. DHL, UPS or Fedex). Buyer will able to see the estimated delivery time during the check-out process after entered the shipping country.

3. Does your machine able to be used in my country? Comes with the plug that fit my country?
Yes, we will ship the right machine to buyer and make sure the item can be used in buyer country, For example, we ship 110V(US standard), 2pin plug machine to US, we ship 220V(Euro standard) machine, 2 round plug machine to Euro. Most of the handheld devices are dual-voltage(110V-240V) and able to be used worldwide.

4. Do you accept return refund?
Yes, We accept return. All products are thoroughly inspected and tested prior to dispatch. We accept return of 30 days of receipt, please make sure the return item must be in original shape/packing and working order. We pay for the postage on the item to buyer and buyer pays for all return postage costs.

5. Do you offer warranty for your items?
All the product comes with a full one year warranty against manufacturer defects. It does not include damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, neglect or other external causes. Buyer pay for the postage on the return item and we pay for all resend postage costs. If the item defect within 30 days, we will also responsible for the return shipping fee.
