Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Do you offer warranty for your items?
All the product comes with a full one year warranty against manufacturer defects. It does not include damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, neglect or other external causes. Buyer pay for the postage on the return item and we pay for all resend postage costs. If the item defect within 30 days, we will also responsible for the return shipping fee.
Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Lifetime Warranty Terms and Conditions
The lifetime warranty provided by Project E Beauty in this statement applies only to Project E Beauty Ice Roller. Warranty coverage commences from the date of purchase.
Project E Beauty warrants the product against defects in material or workmanship provided that the fault has occurred under the operation of the Product as described in the User’s Manual during the applicable warranty period.
If the product becomes defective during the warranty period, please contact Project E Beauty customer service team for new replacement, as listed on our website:
Service will be provided only when the following conditions are fulfilled:
a) Warranty registration is completed successfully;
b) Proof of purchase is provided.
When contacting Project E Beauty customer service, the following information is required:
a) Your order number;
b) Your contact details;
c) A brief description of the problem.
*Shipping fee and custom duties (if any) of sending the replacement shall be borne by the buyer.
Exclusion to the Warranty
This warranty does not apply to the following:
a) Malfunctions caused by misuse or abuse, improper operation or maintenance, service modifications or repair performed by a person not authorized by Project E Beauty, or
other conditions not arising from defects in Product material or workmanship;
b) Malfunctions or failure caused by accidental or intentional damage;
c) Any transfer or assignment of ownership to any third party.
If the product has been discontinued, Project E Beauty would replace with the most comparable model still in production or offer store credit.
In case of any dispute, Project E Beauty reserves the rights of final decision.
