Enough Sleep

The first step to stay healthy is to get enough sleep. Sleeping is very important as insufficient sleep will be shown on your skin, dark circles, acne, dullness etc. It also reduce the efficiency and productivity on study and works. Therefore, you should ensure you get enough rest every night. To achieve this, you can turn off your smartphone and stay away from the computer before going to bed as the light from these electronic devices will stimulate your brain, which prevent you from deep sleep.

Never Skip Breakfast

Apart from sleeping well, breakfast is also important for you as it not only gets your metabolism ready, but also provide energy for your busy morning so that you can perform well on your tasks. Therefore, you should eat, and definitely eat for a healthy breakfast. Milk, egg and cereal are high recommended to be chosen for breakfast since they are the protein rich foods.

Exercise Every Day

No matter how busy your day is, you should spend some time to exercise. You don't really need to go to the gym but just simply take the stairs instead of using the elevator. It is definitely a free workout that you can do it anywhere as long as there are stairs. A little exercise a day could make a big change. Stand up and move now!

Nourish your Spirit

Although life is hard and hectic, you still have your right to embrace your values. So don't lose yourself on the busy path. You should always remind yourself that what should be the most important thing in your life. Try to grab a book, pick a music and sit down to listen to yourself.

Stress Management

Stress is a normal psychological reaction, we have no way to avoid it but to face it. Stress could be that simple once you have a good management on it. Try to slow down yourself, talk with your family and friends when you are under stress. You can call them, text them or write to them. Just don't be embarrassed to share your feeling.
